NEW BUSINESS
701 Silver Lane
Rich Gentile, Assistant Corporation Counsel, initiated a general discussion regarding a land-locked
parcel known as 701 Silver Lane being offered as a gift to the town.
MOTION By Eric Thompson
seconded by Bill Horan
to direct Corporation Counsel to write to the landowner to advise
that the town is not interested in acquiring the parcel known as
701 Silver Lane.
Motion carried 3/0.
OLD BUSINESS
Update – 113 Tolland Street Rear
Assistant Corporation Counsel Rich Gentile started a general discussion regarding the possible conveyance of
113 Tolland Street Rear to the owner of 113-115 Tolland Street.
MOTION By Eric Thompson
seconded by Bill Horan
that this committee, cognizant of the fact that as part of the 1984-1985 Johnson Street
Abandonment Project the property know as 113 Tolland Street Rear was to have been
conveyed to the owner of 113-115 Tolland Street for no consideration, recommends that
the Town Council vote to convey 113 Tolland Street Rear for no consideration to Charlotte Small
the owner of 113-115 Tolland Street.
